One space per market. Pick a different one and it upgrades your booking rather than adding a second. Most partners see a business rate and a sliding-scale rate; verified nonprofits and team members see whatever we've set for them instead, no self-selecting. Credits apply themselves first, oldest first, and the card only ever covers what's left.
Your bookings
The ten-day rule: cancel ten or more days out and every cent (credits and cash both) lands back as credit, automatically, and the space returns to sale. Inside that window, email us and a person sorts it.
Open shifts
Claim what fits. Credits land in your wallet when the shift lead checks you out, not when you sign up. We learned that one the hard way.

Paid admission to something specific — a workshop, an expo table — not the same as booking your own booth. Credits cover it the same as anywhere else in the app; card covers the rest.
Your tickets
Add notes for event placement: seating preferences, product compatibility, or anything that helps us arrange things thoughtfully.
Community
Partners you've followed from the directory. You'll get an email whenever one of them adds something new to their catalog.
Post what you've got and what you're after, then browse what everyone else has listed. Like what you see and offer one of your own posts in trade: it's a match, and a private message thread, the moment they like yours back too.
